01Paid on cash receivedYour share is paid within 14 days of the client's payment, net of taxes and pass-through costs.
02Your leads are protectedA business you register stays yours for 90 days, so there's never a question of who found whom.
03Scope and price go through usYou can join discovery. Workchestra writes the scope and confirms pricing before anything is promised.
04Written agreement before the first introShares, territory, confidentiality and non-circumvention are signed up front.
05No minimums, no exclusivityIntroduce one business or twenty. You're free to refer others, and so are we.
06Room to growAfter three signed clients, we review a deeper partnership in your market, including a local reseller option.
Questions partners ask

Good to know.

Do I need to sell anything?

Not as a Referrer. One written introduction is enough. We run the discovery call, write the proposal, close the deal and look after the client. Sales and fronting partners do more, and earn more for it.

How and when do I get paid?

Within 14 days of each client payment reaching us, by bank transfer or Wise, with a short statement showing the client, the amount received and your share. No commission is owed on money the client hasn't paid.

What if two people introduce the same business?

The first registered introduction counts. Registration lasts 90 days, and we confirm every introduction in writing.

Will my contacts think I'm pushing AI on their staff?

That's the conversation we're best at. We don't replace people, we move them to better work, and the client stays in control of everything the system does. You can say exactly that.

Is this just ChatGPT in a chat box?

No. AI is the engine, but every reply is built from the client's own products, prices, policies and tone, approved by them before it goes live. If it doesn't know something, it hands over to their team.

Do I have to be in the Philippines?

No. Referrers can be anywhere. We're actively looking for sales partners in English-speaking markets and fronting partners in non-English markets like Hong Kong.

What about taxes?

Each side handles its own taxes. Your share is income where you live, so declare it as you would any other.
