These terms cover your use of workchestra.net. The work we do for clients and the shares we pay partners are governed by separate written agreements. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
The website
workchestra.net is run by Workchestra, based in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. We may update, change or remove parts of the site at any time.
Example figures are not quotes
The calculators, demos, videos and earnings examples on this site show how the numbers can work. They are illustrations, not quotes, offers or guarantees. Actual prices, timelines, savings and partner earnings depend on the signed scope, what each client pays, and the terms of each written agreement.
Our services
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A project starts only when you sign a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Partner program
The partner program page summarises how partners earn. A partner earns a share only under a signed partner agreement, which sets out the tiers, how introductions are registered, what counts as managing an account, when shares are paid, confidentiality and non-circumvention. Applying through the website doesn't create a partnership. Shares are paid on cash received from clients, net of taxes and pass-through costs, as the agreement describes.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Send spam, automated or fake submissions, or other people's details without their permission.
- Try to break, overload or get around the site's security, including the form spam checks.
- Copy the site's design, videos or text for a competing service, or present our work as your own.
- Use the site in a way that breaks Philippine law or the law where you are.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, videos, graphics and the names Workchestra, Michelle and Night Desk belong to Workchestra. You're welcome to share links to our pages and our videos as they are. Client names and figures in demos are fictional unless we say otherwise.
Links to other sites
We may link to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Workchestra isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle the information you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the proper courts of Cabanatuan City, unless the law says otherwise.
