Privacy Policy
We only ask for what we need to reply to you, and we never sell it. This page explains what we collect on workchestra.net, why, where it goes and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Workchestra is a business automation company based in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. We are the personal information controller for the information you send through this website. Our founder, Christian Agustin, acts as our data protection officer. You can reach him at emmanbizz@gmail.com.
We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
What we collect
What you type into our forms
| Form | Information |
|---|---|
| Book a call (homepage) | Your name, business name, industry, team size, how to reach you (email, mobile or Messenger), what takes up your team's time, who introduced you, and, if you used them, your self-check answers and calculator estimate. |
| Michelle | Your name, business name, how to reach you, your Facebook Page link, the questions your customers ask most, and who introduced you. |
| Partner program | Your name, where you're based, how to reach you, the partner type you're interested in, your business and the kinds of people you know. |
Please don't put anything sensitive in these forms, such as health or financial details or government ID numbers. We don't need them.
Collected automatically
- Referral tag. If you arrive through a link like
?ref=Name, we keep that name with your form so we can credit the person who introduced you. - Form details used to stop spam. The page you sent the form from, how long the form was open, and a hidden field that only bots fill in. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions, and is not stored with your form.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
- Visit counts. If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to you and set up the call you asked for.
- To understand your business well enough to prepare a proposal.
- To register, credit and pay partner introductions.
- To keep the website and forms safe from spam and abuse.
- To improve the website, using visit counts that don't identify you.
Our legal basis is your consent when you send a form, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and running the partner program. We don't use your information for automated decisions about you, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Who sees it
We never sell or rent your information. It is seen by:
- Our team. Forms go into Night Desk, our internal workspace, where the Workchestra team can see new inquiries.
- The partner who introduced you, if any. They learn whether you became a client. Their payout statement shows your business name and the payment amounts their share is based on.
- Service providers who run our tools: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Supabase (the database behind Night Desk) and Google (email). Some of them store data outside the Philippines. We use providers with recognised security standards, and they process data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client or partner, we keep your inquiry for up to two years after we last talked, then delete it. If you do, we keep it for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our fonts and videos load from our own site, not from third parties. If you arrive with a referral link, the referrer's name is saved in your browser's local storage (under wc-ref) so it stays with you while you look around. You can clear it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How we protect it
The site only loads over HTTPS. Night Desk enforces access rules in the database, so only our team can read inquiries, and sign-in is required. No system is perfect, though. If we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can:
- Be told how your information is used (this page).
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent.
- Ask us to delete or block it.
- Ask for your data in a format you can take elsewhere.
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Email us to use any of these rights. We'll reply within 15 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you before it applies.
