Weekly ad reports that write themselves
You run ads in two markets. Every week you copy numbers out of Ads Manager, campaign by campaign, and still can't say why results moved.
Before and after.
A regional marketplace pulled its Facebook Ads data by hand, campaign by campaign, across Singapore and Hong Kong. Reports were slow and inconsistent, and nobody could explain why performance moved.
- Ad data pulled by hand, market by market
- Hours each week copying into spreadsheets
- Raw numbers with no explanation
- Data pulled on schedule for both markets
- AI-written summaries of spend and cost per lead
- A register of every ad that has run
What we built, step by step.
Pull both markets on schedule
Every week and every month, the system pulls campaign, ad set and ad data for Singapore and Hong Kong at the same time.
Keep it in one sheet
Every row lands in a structured Google Sheet, so both markets are tracked the same way every time.
AI writes the summary
AI reads the numbers and writes a short performance summary covering spend, cost per lead trends and which creatives worked.
Every ad on the register
A separate weekly run adds new ads to a register, skips duplicates and reads the ad format from its name.
From busywork to running on its own.
The problem
A regional marketplace pulled its Facebook Ads data by hand, campaign by campaign, across Singapore and Hong Kong. Reports were slow and inconsistent, and nobody could explain why performance moved.
What we built
We built six connected workflows that pull campaign, ad set and ad data from both markets on a weekly and monthly schedule. The data lands in Google Sheets, and AI writes a plain summary of spend, cost per lead and creative performance. A separate workflow keeps a register of every ad, skipping duplicates and reading each ad's format from its name.
What changed
Nobody pulls report data by hand anymore, and the team saves 8-10 hours a week. Both markets get the same report format, and the ad register stops the team from testing the same creative twice.
