Every sign-up form checked in under 2 seconds
You run a campaign and sellers sign up. Before anyone can call, someone checks each name by hand. Sometimes a rep calls a paying customer anyway.
Before and after.
Every event or campaign brought interest form submissions, and someone had to look up each seller to see if they already subscribed. Backlogs could stretch for hours, and when a check was wrong or skipped, a rep called someone who was already paying.
- Every submission looked up by hand
- Verification backlogs lasting hours
- Reps calling customers who already pay
- Each submission checked the moment it lands
- Result written before the team opens the sheet
- Reps only call real prospects
What we built, step by step.
A seller submits the form
A new submission lands in the interest form sheet, and the check starts right away. No waiting for a batch.
Clean and match
The username is cleaned of @ signs, spaces and capitals, then compared with the full active subscriber list.
Result in the sheet
The answer sits in its own column before anyone opens the file: active subscriber or prospect.
From busywork to running on its own.
The problem
Every event or campaign brought interest form submissions, and someone had to look up each seller to see if they already subscribed. Backlogs could stretch for hours, and when a check was wrong or skipped, a rep called someone who was already paying.
What we built
We built a check that runs the moment a new form row appears. It cleans up the username, compares it with the active subscriber list, and writes Active subscriber or Prospect into the sheet.
What changed
Every submission is classified within seconds, before the sales team opens the file. Reps only call prospects, active subscribers go to account management, and the operations team no longer spends any time on this task.
Built in-house by our founder, before or alongside Workchestra. Names and numbers in the screens are samples; the results are real.
