Fresh, checked lead lists in two markets

You spend hours on Maps and websites hunting emails and checking registrations. Then about half your list turns out to be existing customers.

Before and after.

Salespeople found leads by hand: searching maps, visiting each website for an email, and checking if the business was registered. About half the leads turned out to be existing customers, and top salespeople spent 30-40% of their time prospecting instead of selling.

How it works

What we built, step by step.

Step 1

Find businesses by keyword

A form takes an industry keyword and a lead count. The system searches Google Maps and adds only businesses it hasn't seen before.

Step 2

Check registration and contacts

Each lead is matched to the business registry, and its website is read for emails and valid mobile numbers.

Step 3

Skip existing clients

Every hour, new leads are compared with the client list by registration number and phone. Matches are flagged and kept out of sales.

Step 4

Rebuilt for Hong Kong

The same five steps run in Hong Kong, with searches in Traditional Chinese, local phone checks and the free public registry.

From busywork to running on its own.

The problem

Salespeople found leads by hand: searching maps, visiting each website for an email, and checking if the business was registered. About half the leads turned out to be existing customers, and top salespeople spent 30-40% of their time prospecting instead of selling.

What we built

We built five small workflows that find businesses on Google Maps by keyword, look up their official registration, pull emails and mobile numbers from their websites, check for an existing marketplace profile, and flag anyone already on the client list. The Hong Kong version searches in Traditional Chinese, checks +852 numbers and uses the free public company registry, because English searches miss many local businesses.

What changed

Both markets start the day with an enriched, cleaned lead list, and existing clients never reach sales. A 300-lead batch costs about USD 0.50, and the whole system runs on about USD 5 a month.
