Company research done in under 2 minutes

Before every first call, you Google the company, check maps, its website and socials. That's 20-30 minutes per company, and calls still start unprepared.

Before and after.

Lead research meant searching for the company, checking maps, the website and social pages, then writing a summary. That took 20-30 minutes per company, and quality varied, so account managers often went into calls unprepared.

How it works

What we built, step by step.

Step 1

Type one keyword

A short form takes a keyword and a target market. That is all a person needs to enter.

Step 2

Seven agents research it

Agents plan the search, read websites and social pages, research the company and competitors, then score the profile out of 100.

Step 3

A summary with talking points

A final agent turns all the research into a clean profile with growth signals, competitive context and talking points for the first call.

Step 4

Straight into the CRM

Finished profiles go straight into Salesforce, and the team gets a Discord alert when a new one is ready to review.

The problem

Lead research meant searching for the company, checking maps, the website and social pages, then writing a summary. That took 20-30 minutes per company, and quality varied, so account managers often went into calls unprepared.

What we built

We built a chain of seven AI agents that starts from one keyword and a target market. They search the web, read social profiles and research the company and its competitors, then a review agent scores the profile from 0 to 100 and lists what is missing. A second flow enriches leads already in the sheet and sends finished profiles into Salesforce.

What changed

Research that took 20-30 minutes now finishes in under 2 minutes. Each profile reaches the CRM with background, competitors, growth signals and talking points, and the team gets a Discord alert when one is ready.
